KPI table

The KPI [sn_kpi_kpi] table stores the important information about the KPIs created.

KPI [sn_kpi_kpi] table

The KPI [sn_kpi_kpi] table contains the following fields.

ActiveBooleanStatus of the KPI.
KPI TemplateReferenceKPI Template used to create the KPI.
SupplierReferenceSupplier for which this KPI is created.

DomainReferencePerformance domain of the KPI.
TypeChoiceIndicates the type of the KPI.
NatureChoiceIndicates whether the KPI is leading (predicts future), lagging (measures past performance), or current (monitors ongoing activities).
Collected from userReferenceThe person who provides the data.
WeightIntegerDetermines the importance of the KPI in the overall performance score when multiple KPIs are collected.
DirectionChoiceIndicates whether the KPI should be minimized or maximised to show the ideal trend of the values.
PrecisionIntegerSpecifies the number of decimal points to be used for data collection to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collection source typeChoiceThe user persona that provides the data.
UnitReferenceMeasurement unit used to quantify the KPI.
Collection frequencyStringThe frequency for collecting the KPI data.
InstructionsTranslated htmlPopulated in KPI collection tasks to give more context to the user providing the KPI data.
Next run dateDateNext scheduled run date of the KPI to collect the data.
Last collected dateDateLatest date on which KPI data is collected.
Last period dataReferenceLatest KPI data.
Entity tableTable nameTable in which the entity belongs.
