Test a survey URL

When there are survey users associated with a survey, the survey is restricted so only those users can use the survey URL. You can test the survey URL to ensure it is restricted.

Before you begin

Role required: admin or survey_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Survey > View Surveys and open a survey for which you are not a survey user.

2. Under Related Links, click View Survey URL.

3. Copy the URL and click OK or Cancel.

4. Navigate to the URL.

   You see a message that you are not authorized to take the survey.
