Survey roles

The Survey application uses the following roles.

To learn more about managing subscriptions, see Managing per-user subscriptions in Subscription Management and contact your account representative.

No role is required to take assigned survey questionnaires.

Survey administrator [survey_admin]

Create and administer surveys. Survey administrators know what types of surveys are necessary, when to send a survey, and to whom. Survey administrators can use all modules in the Survey application menu.

Survey reader [survey_reader]

View surveys and related information, such as survey responses, survey groups, scorecards, and reports.

Survey creator [survey_creator]

Create a survey and assign it to the user who can take the survey and submit it. A survey creator can also create assessments.
