Activate Article Optimization skill
Activate the Knowledge Center Article Optimization skill to enable use of article optimization features for generating knowledge articles in the Knowledge Center.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Now Assist Skills.
Select the list view and locate your new skill in the location specified during the setup (Platform > Knowledge > Skill Name).
Select Activate Skill on the skill card.
Result
The Article Optimization skill is activated.
