Configure Notify Cisco Webex Connector

Configure the Notify Cisco Webex Connector in your environment to be able to use Cisco Webex application for making conference calls.

• Install Notify Cisco Webex Connector
  You can install the Notify Cisco Webex Connector application (sn_notify_webex) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Create a Cisco Webex app
  Create an app in Cisco portal to make outbound calls from an incident using Webex.
• Configure OAuth entity for Notify Cisco Webex
  Configure the Cisco Webex as an OAuth provider and allow the ServiceNow instance to request OAuth 2.0 tokens.
• Create an OAuth credential record for Notify with Cisco Webex
  Create a credential record for the Notify with Cisco Webex account.
• Create a connection and credential alias for Notify connector for Cisco Webex Spoke
  Create a credential record for the Notify connector for Cisco Webex account. The Notify connector for Cisco Webex Spoke connection and credential alias uses these credentials to authorize actions.
• Make Notify Cisco Webex Connector as default communication channel
  Make Notify Cisco Webex Connector as a default communication channel to initiate a meeting to resolve the major incidents.
• Manage Notify properties
  Manage the Notify Webex Connector application properties to configure the meeting capabilities.
