Insert an image in a knowledge article
Insert an image in a knowledge article using the HTML editor.
Before you begin
Role required: user with contribute access
Procedure
Navigate to All > Knowledge > Articles > All.
Select a knowledge article.
On the knowledge article form, in the Article body field, place the cursor where you want to insert an image.
On the HTML editor toolbar, select the Insert/edit image icon .
On the Insert/Edit Image dialog box, select the Upload icon (.
Select an image.
Select Open.
Select Save.
Result
The image is included in the knowledge article.
