Enable article health score calculation
Activate article health score calculation so Knowledge Management assesses and displays quality scores for knowledge articles. Enabling this property activates the health score calculation engine, without which health scores aren't computed or displayed for knowledge articles.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > Knowledge > Administration > Properties.
In the Knowledge Center Properties section, select the Enable Article Health Score calculation for Knowledge Management.
Select Save.
