Integrate MSIM Conference Calls with Zoom
The Conference Call Zoom integration enables you to manage and initiate a Zoom conference call directly from a major security incident.

- Start and end Zoom meetings directly from any task record such as a major security incident, or a change or even from the major incident workbench.
- Manage Zoom meetings by adding or removing participants.
- Track and report meeting details such as meeting duration and attendees for further analysis.
Prerequisites
Verify you’ve installed the following Integration Hub plugins on your ServiceNow instance.

- Notify UI Components for Configurable Workspaces
