Add participants to a conference call
Add participants to a conference call using the search option on the Start conference call pop-up to find and add the required participants. You can also add participants by selecting the participants from the Recommendations list, which provides participant recommendations to add to the conference call.

About this task
The user (host) who initiates the conference call is automatically added to the list of selected participants. All the users associated with the major security incident are available by default under the Recommendations list.
The call participants can include the following:
- Users who have been assigned specific responsibilities.
- Ad hoc or on-demand contacts
- Other third-party contacts
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > Major Security Incident Management.
From the Major Security Incident list, select the major security incident that you're trying to resolve on the conference call.
Select the
Conference call icon on the right-context menu to view the details of the conference calls.
This includes details like conference bridge name, organizer name, date, time, duration of the call, active and inactive participants.
- Select
Meeting options next to the active conference call and select the **Add Participants** option.
Steps to add participants to a conference call
You can use the search option to find and add the required participants or select the participants from the Recommendations list, which provides participant recommendations to add to the conference call.
After selecting the participants, provide a brief description of the reason for starting the conference call in the Description field.
All the participants are notified through email, and they're also notified through the respective conference bridge that was selected. The participants can use the link from the email notification or the notification from the selected conference bridge to join the call.
Alternatively, you can add participants by selecting the Copy invite option on the Conference calls section on the right-context menu, and you can share with the required participants.
