Scanned application fields

Applications are stored during import under Administration > Discovered Applications in Application Vulnerability Response.

Scanned Application fields

The imported fields in this table are read-only unless otherwise specified. Department and Support Group entries can be manually added or edited by an App-Sec Manager.

FieldDescription
NameImported name of the application.
VersionImported version of the application, where applicable.
Operational statusImported operational status of the application.
DepartmentImported department to which the application belongs. If empty, it can be added manually.
Business unitImported business unit to which the department belongs. When the Department field is filled, this field is automatically filled with the Business unit to which the department belongs. Otherwise, it is left empty and read-only.
Support groupImported support group to which the application belongs. If empty, it can be added manually.
DescriptionImported description of the application.
Last policy compliance check dateDate when the application was last scanned by Veracode for policy compliance. It is used in the chained integrations of Application List integration, where support is available for delta ingestion for applications, by comparing this date to the delta start time of the respective integrations. Note: Data is retrieved for applications are pulled from Veracode, whose 'Last policy compliance check date' value is greater than or equal to the 'Start time' (delta_start_time) of the chained integrations.
Related List (visible only to an App-Sec Manager or Security Champion)
Security championLists the applications associated with a security champion. App-Sec Managers can add or remove members from the list.
