Setup a Guardrail Service Provider

Select a guardrail service provider of your choice in Now Assist Guardian to monitor and detect Now Assist interactions for harmful, offensive, and prompt injection content.

Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

About this task

Now Assist Guardian supports multiple guardrail service provider types to monitor and detect harmful content. Select a provider based on your organization's requirements. Only one provider can be active at a time. For more information about supported service providers, see Configuring a Guardrail Service Provider.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Settings.

  2. Navigate to Now Assist Guardian > Guardrail service providers.

  3. In the Set default provider section, select a service provider from the list of guardrail service providers.

  4. Select Save and activate.

Result

The selected guardrail service provider monitors and evaluates all Now Assist interactions for harmful, offensive, or prompt injection content.
