Using Upgrade Console

Use the Upgrade Console experience to access all the tools, information, and guided setup for a smooth upgrade on your instance.

Review the following for a seamless upgrade experience.

  • Upgrade Console tools
    Access all the necessary tools you might require for a seamless upgrade experience on your instance.
  • Auto-upgrade
    The auto-upgrade mechanism automatically upgrades ServiceNow-managed applications across your instances on a regular schedule without requiring manual intervention. Auto-upgrade applies exclusively to ServiceNow-managed applications; customer-customized or third-party applications aren't included in automatic upgrades.
