Edit HTML content in an email notification

For added control over the content of an email notification, you can edit the underlying HTML.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Notifications.

  2. Open an email notification record.

  3. On the form, open the What it will contain tab.

  4. In the Message HTML field, select the source code icon (

  1. Make the needed changes to the HTML.

  2. On the window, select Ok.

  3. On the form, select Update.
