Application Manager available for you tab

The Available for you tab displays all applications, products, and plugins.

The applications and products in Available for you include the ones available for purchase from the ServiceNow Store and the ones that are already licensed. For more information about procuring applications and products from the ServiceNow Store, see Getting apps and trials from the ServiceNow Store.

The plugins in this section include those that are licensed and ready to install and those that need to be requested. For more information about requesting plugins, see Request a plugin.

An automatic synchronization with the ServiceNow Store happens every 24 hours. If an app isn’t displaying in the Application Manager, you can manually synchronize using the Sync now button.

Filtering applications

You can use the search bar and apply filtering options to find applications, products, or plugins that meet your organization's needs. You can also filter applications by the following attributes:

• Free

  Applications that are available at no additional cost.

• Paid

  Applications that require a paid license.

• Licensed

  Paid applications that you already have a license for. These applications can be installed.

• Compatible

  Application versions that are compatible with your instance of the ServiceNow AI Platform.

• Upcoming Renewals

  Applications with subscriptions that need to be renewed soon.

• Trial Started

  Applications that are currently in a trial period.
