Create new opportunity task form
Field descriptions for editing or reviewing details on the Create New Opportunity Task form in CRM Touchpoints and Opportunity Management modules.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Number | System-generated unique identifier for the opportunity task record starting with the prefix OPTASK. |
| Opportunity | Opportunity record associated with the task. |
| Due date | Date and time by which the task should be completed. |
| State | Current state of the opportunity task. The available options are:- Draft \(default\) - In Progress - Completed - Cancelled - Closed |
| Assigned to | User responsible for completing the task. |
| Touchpoint | CRM touchpoint associated with the opportunity record. This field is automatically populated when the task is created from a touchpoint record. |
| Short description | Brief summary of the task. |
| Work notes \(Private\) | Internal notes visible only to team members with appropriate access. |
