Configure Program Segment Criteria
Create records in the program segment criteria (sn_prm_program_segment_criteria) table based on different records on the entity criteria (sn_req_criteria_customer_condition) table and segments.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_prm.partner_ui
Procedure
Navigate to All > Partner Relationship Management > Program Segments.
Open a program from the list.
From the Program Segment Criteria related list, select New.
On the form, fill in the fields.
To learn more about the fields and descriptions, see Program segment criteria table fields.
Select Submit.
