Service Graph Connector for ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) Discovery prerequisites and settings

During set up of the Discovery Console for OT, review and confirm you have the following settings.

Confirm you have these settings and then follow the Discovery Console for OT Guided Setup.

Dependencies and requirements:

  • The Industrial Core plugin.
  • The ISA Equipment Model store app with a minimum version of 1.0.11.
  • The ITOM Discovery License plugin (com.snc.itom.discovery.license). You must activate this plugin.
  • ITOM Licensing plugin (com.snc.itom.license). For more information, see Request Discovery.
  • The Datastream Action plugin (com.glide.hub.action_type.datastream), which is automatically installed.
