Integration with Automation Center

Integration with Automation Center enables you to access the automation requests from the Automation Center Workspace.

From Process Mining, you can create automation requests that you want to view in Automation Center Workspace.

Submit an automation idea

Discover, prioritize, and manage automation requests from different sources from the Process Mining workspace.

Before you begin

You must install and configure the Automation Center plugin before configuring. See Install Automation Center for more information.

Role required: sn_process_mining_analyst, sn_process_mining_power_user, or sn_process_mining_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Process Mining > Process Mining Workspace.

2. Select a project.

3. Navigate to the right side panel, and select the Improvement Initiatives icon.

1. Select the plus sign to create an automation idea.

   A Create New Automation Request page opens.

2. Fill out the fields for your request, and select Submit.

   All the mandatory fields in the form are prefilled for ease of use.

Result

Your new request appears in the Improvement Initiatives panel.
