Configure KPIs for SPM work items in the Process Mining dashboard

Add the desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the SPM work items in the Process Mining Summary and insights page. Remove the indicators that you no longer want to use.

Before you begin

Important: This feature is available with the ServiceNow Store Process Mining SPM content pack v1.0. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

Role required: Administrator

Procedure

  1. Ensure that you have the Project Portfolio Management Standard plugin installed.

  2. Add the desired indicator data source to the Summary and insights page.

    For demands, the KPIs are Active Demands and Average Days Demand Open.
