Apply process step filter on a pre-defined filter

Apply a process step filter on a selected node or connection.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_process_mining_analyst, sn_process_mining_power_user, or sn_process_mining_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Process Mining Workspace.

  2. Open a project for which you want to set the process step filter.

  3. Go to the Analyst workbench tab.

  4. Select a node or connection on the graph.

    A window with details is displayed.

  5. Select Investigate > Filter on process step from the window under the Investigate section.

Add activity conditions using the Transitions filter
The Process step filter dialog box is displayed.

  1. Provide the filter, and select Apply.

    The task runs in the background.

  2. When the task completes, select View result in the Scheduled tasks panel of Analyst workbench.
