Enable attachment IDs for write-back actions

Enable write-back actions to use attachment IDs in your ServiceNow AI Lens launcher button.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > sys_sg_parameter_screen.list.

  2. Select the input form screen on which you want to configure the attachment IDs.

  3. Navigate to the Variables tab.

  4. Create a new variable named LensAttachmentIds.

  5. Set the variable's Type to Now Assist Data.

  6. Select Submit to save your progress.
