Indoor Wayfinding and reservations

Use your ServiceNow mobile app to locate indoor resources at your site. You can also use this feature to get step-by-step directions to the office or to other resource locations.

Your administrator configures your ServiceNow instance to use map plugins. These plugins support indoor map-based reservations and Indoor Wayfinding. This configuration enables you to view an indoor map of your building that shows the available resources that you can reserve. Examples of indoor resources are desks, conference rooms, lockers, or collaboration spaces.

You use map-based reservations to locate these resources on a map of your indoor space and then submit requests to reserve these resources. You use Indoor Wayfinding to get directions to desired locations in your building, such as the desk or office of a co-worker.
