Create a product quality investigation
Create a non-conformance case task report for products that had an issue.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > List > Product Quality Investigation > Product Quality Investigation Task.
Select New.
On the Product Quality Investigation Task form, fill in the fields.

Select Save.
