Create a sales promotion claim case

Create a sales promotion claim case to claim the reimbursement or discount.

Before you begin

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin) or dealer sales agent (sn_dealer_mgmt.dealer_sales_agent)

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Sales Promotion Management > My Promotions > All Claims.

  2. Select New.

  3. On the form, fill in the fields.

    FieldDescription
    AssetAsset for the claim.
    Requested byLogged-in user or member of the logged-in user's service organization.
    ConsumerConsumer tagged to install base.
    DealerBusiness location.
    Sale priceSale price of the product sold. Select the required currency from the list
