Create a product quality investigation report.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > List > Product Quality Investigation.
Select New.
On the Product Quality Investigation form, fill in the fields.
For a description of the field values, see Product quality investigation form.
Select Save.
