Campaign tasks

As an OEM, plan, manage, and execute a promotional effort.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_rcl_claim_mgmt.recall_manager

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Recall Management > My Campaigns > Campaign Tasks.

2. Select New.

3. On the Campaign tasks form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Save.
