Start a conference call using Zoom in Service Operations Workspace

Start a conference call using Zoom to work towards the resolution of an incident.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. Select the List (

  1. Select Incidents > Open.

  2. Select the incident record.

  3. Select the Collaborate icon (

  1. Select the Calls tab, and then select the plus (+) icon.

  2. Select Start Zoom meeting.

  3. On the form, fill the fields.

Conference bridgeOption to choose the conference bridge.
TitleOption to provide a title for the conference call
Add participantsOptions to add participants for the conference call.
Include a brief message for participantsProvide a brief summary about the issue to be discussed in the conference call.
  1. Select Start.
