Reinitiate a conference call from Webex in Service Operations Workspace

Reinitiate a conference call to discuss about the resolution of an incident.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. Select the List (

  1. Select Incidents > Open.

  2. Select the incident record that has an active conference call.

  3. Select the Collaborate icon (

  1. Select the Calls tab.

  2. In the Completed calls, select Reinitiate call.
