Mute participants from a Microsoft Teams conference call in Service Operations Workspace

Mute a participant from the conference call to avoid unnecessary background disruption.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. Select the List (

  1. Select Incidents > Open.

  2. Select an incident that has an active conference call.

  3. Select the Collaborate icon (

  1. Select the Calls tab.

  2. Select the active call card.

  3. Mute participants to avoid background noise by selecting the Mute icon (
