Landing page redirection in Service Operations Workspace for ITSM

Redirection enables you to automatically route users to the SOW landing page upon login.

Landing page redirection can be configured in any of the following ways:

• Conditional, based on user criteria, for example, Service Desk groups.
• Blanket. All users are first redirected to the Service Operations Workspace home page and the audience configuration determines which landing page should be used.

• Optional. In this case, users can opt out of the redirection.

• Redirect non-admin users to Service Operations Workspace
  Enable a non-admin user to start prioritizing tasks quickly by redirecting to Service Operations Workspace after logging in to the ServiceNow instance.

• Redirect agents of a specific group to Service Operations Workspace
  Enable only agents of specific user groups to be automatically redirected to Service Operations Workspace after logging in to the ServiceNow instance.
• Disable auto-redirection for all agents to Service Operations Workspace
  Verify that the agents aren't automatically redirected to Service Operations Workspace after logging in to the ServiceNow instance.
