Join or leave a conference call from Twilio in Service Operations Workspace

Join an existing Twilio conference call to participate in a discussion to resolve an incident. You can leave the call without affecting other participants.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. Select the List (

  1. Select Incidents > Open.

  2. Select the incident record that has an active conference call.

  3. Select the Collaborate icon (

Collaborate icon\) from the contextual side panel.

  1. Select the Calls tab.

  2. Select the active call card.

  3. Join or leave the call.

    • To join the call, select Join call.
    • To leave the call, select Leave call.
