Join a conference call from Microsoft Teams in Service Operations Workspace
Join an existing conference call to participate in the discussion to resolve an incident.
Before you begin
Role required: itil
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
Select the List (

Select Incidents > Open.
Select an incident that has an active conference call.
Select the Collaborate icon (

Select the Calls tab.
On the Active card, select Join call.
