End a Zoom conference call in Service Operations Workspace

As a host or a user with the incident manager role, you can end the conference call.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
Select the List (

Select Incidents > Open.
Select the incident record that has an active conference call.
Select the Collaborate icon (

Collaborate icon\) from the contextual side panel.

Select the Calls tab.
Select the active call card.
Select Leave call drop-down menu.
Select End call.
