Add participants to an existing Webex call in Service Operations Workspace
Add a participant to a conference call to participate in the discussion to resolve the incident.
Before you begin
Role required: itil
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
Select the List (

Select Incidents > Open.
Select the incident record that has an active conference call.
Select the Collaborate icon (

Select the Calls tab.
Select the active call card.
Select Meeting options.
Select Add participants.
On the form, fill the fields.

| Include a brief message for participants | Provide a brief summary about the issue to be discussed in the conference call. |
