Request new product or service form
Product managers or release admins can request for a new product or service in Digital Product Release.

| Field | Description |

| Name | Unique name of the product or service. |
| Owner | User who owns the product or service. |
| Configuration item | Configuration item (CI) to which this product or service is linked to.You can associate the product or service with configuration item of types as listed in the system property, sn_dpr_workspace.cmdb_model_creation.supported_ci_types. For example, CI of type Technology Management Service, Business Service, Service Instance, or Business Application can be linked. |
| Type | Request is for a product or service. |
| Short description | Short description about the product or service is being requested. |
