View relationship maps in Digital Portfolio Management

View a relationship map in Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) to see all relationships that make up a given solution. DPM uses the ServiceNow Unified Map to display a graphical hierarchical map based on the CMDB.

Access a relationship map

While in a DPM solution (business application, service instance, service, or service offering), select View relationships.

The Unified Map displays with the selected solution at the top, indicating it's the highest level in the map. Branched from the highest level are other relationships that make up the highest level solution.

For details on the Unified Map panels and navigation, see Unified Map.

On the map page, use the panels for more information about the mapped solutions.
