Web application — Overview page
The overview page for a Web application provides information on the active alerts, active devices, active incidents, current impacted devices, and the average-to-resolve time for the incidents.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Active devices | Total count of active devices for the application. |
| Active alerts | Total count of active alerts for the application. |
| Active incidents | Total count of active incidents for the application. |
| Current impacted devices | Total number of devices impacted due to the application service or performance failure with open alert created. |
| Active alerts and incidents (last 7 days) | Number of open alerts (P1-P5) and incidents (P1-P5) created for the application in the last 7 days. |
| Average MTTR incidents (all time) | Mean time to resolve (MTTR) incidents created due to this application. |
