DEX application monitoring

Manage your organization's application monitoring by adding and enabling an application for monitoring using DEX, editing the monitoring parameters, and turning off monitoring.

  • Onboard for DEX Application and Device Health
    During the onboarding process, when there's no application listed to be monitored, you can begin by accessing a list of available applications. You can also add your own custom applications and enable them for monitoring along with any existing applications.
  • Add an application for monitoring
    Add an application to the list of all the applications that are being monitored. With a comprehensive view of your applications, you can quickly identify and address issues as they arise.
  • Edit application details
    Edit various details about the application, such as its name, monitored processes, and so on.
  • Add a logo for your application
    Add a logo to improve the visual appeal of your application and to distinguish it from others.
  • Enable application monitoring
    Enable application monitoring to gain insights into performance metrics, diagnose issues, and promote optimal functionality, enhancing performance and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or failures.
  • Turn off application monitoring
    Disable the monitoring of an application in situations where monitoring is causing performance issues or interfering with the functionality of the application.
  • Delete an application from the monitoring list
    Delete an application from the monitoring list when there’s no longer a need to track its performance or activity. If necessary, you can add the application in the monitoring list later.
  • View DEX administrators
    Look up the application administrators who are responsible for managing the application, promoting its proper functioning, and handling any issues that might arise.
  • Set up page-level monitoring
    Set up monitoring of the application performance at a specific page level. When collected, you can view the performance metrics data in the Metrics analyzer and device or application view.
