Resolve or close a change task

When you implement the change task, you can close the task from the Mobile Agent mobile application.

Before you begin

Role required: itil or sn_change_write

Procedure

1. Tap My Work tab.

2. Tap Change tasks to open the list of change tasks.

3. From the list of change tasks, swipe left the change task that you want to close.

4. Tap Close task.
