View alerts for a synthetic monitor
View all the current active alerts for your monitors.

Role required: sn_sow_synthetics.synthetics_viewer, sn_sow_synthetics.synthetics_editor, sn_sow_synthetics.synthetics_admin
About this task
You can view open alerts from all your monitors by selecting the Open Alerts card on the synthetic monitoring home page. To view a single alert, select the alert link from the resulting list.
To view alerts for a specific monitor, follow this procedure.
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace and select the synthetic monitoring icon (
Synthetic monitoring\).
Select a monitor from the list of all monitors and then select the Alerts tab.
The Alerts tab shows the alerts for the monitor. Select an alert to view details.
Note: The alert shows the impacted service associated with the monitor. If for some reason this field isn't populated, see Impacted Service not appearing in alerts.
