Working with SRM reliability tasks
Alerts, incidents, and change requests are reliability tasks. From creation to resolution, SRM helps you manage your alerts throughout the response life cycle.

- Incidents are created manually or based on Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs). For more information on incidents, see Working with incidents in SRM. For more information on SLO, SLI, and error budget actions, see Create SLOs, SLIs, and error budget policies.
- Changes can be created within SRM. See Manually create an SRM change task.

Express list icon\) provides a focused view of alerts to help you monitor, evaluate, and resolve health issues efficiently. You can create alerts from SRM service pages or by using integrations.
