Working with alerts in SRM
Monitor, evaluate, and resolve health issues in the Express List.
The Event Management Express List feature provides a customizable, sortable view for accessing and managing alerts. Use the Express List feature to prioritize alerts, understand their impact, and resolve issues faster.

As a Service Reliability Management (SRM) user, you automatically have the evt_team_operator role, which lets you access the Express List feature (

- Acknowledge viewed alerts in Express List
