Configure error budget actions for breached SRM SLOs

Configure the actions that the team can select when the error budget of a service level objective (SLO) is breached.

Before you begin

Role required: srm_admin or admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace Admin Center > Configurations.

  2. Select Service Reliability Management > Governance and autonomy > Error budgets.

  3. Select Configure error budget actions to edit the Process Error Budget Policy Threshold subflow in Workflow Studio.

    Note: Working in Workflow Studio requires advanced ServiceNow expertise. For more detailed information on editing workflows or creating custom workflows, see Flow Designer.
