Download the ServiceNow Agent app to use ITOM Mobile Agent on your device.
Before you begin
ITOM Mobile Agent must be installed. See Install ITOM Mobile Agent for more information.
Role required: srm_manager, srm_responder, or srm_admin
About this task
The ITOM Mobile Agent application runs in the ServiceNow Agent app. To access ITOM Mobile Agent, download the ServiceNow Agent app on your device.
Procedure
Download the ServiceNow Agent app for your device:
- For iOS, use the App Store.
- For Android, use Google Play.
- Confirm that the app is on your device.
Look for the ServiceNow Agent app icon (
