Rename a list in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM

Rename a list to better reflect its content or purpose. This customization allows operators to align list names with their workflow terminology, improving clarity and usability.

Before you begin

Role required: itil

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. From the navigation bar, select the List icon:

  1. Select the My Lists tab.

  2. Select the list you wish to rename.

  3. Select the settings icon (

Rename a list

  1. In the Rename pop-up window, in the Title field, rename the name of the list and select Save.

    The list is renamed.
