Integrations Launchpad in Service Operations Workspace for ITOM

The Integrations Launchpad showcases all Event Management connector integrations, allowing users to pull or push events from external or internal devices. This centralized hub simplifies Event Management by consolidating integration options in one place.

The Integrations Launchpad streamlines the process of managing and utilizing event connectors, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration of event data from various external sources. This centralization helps users maintain better control and visibility over their Event Management ecosystem.

Browse Integrations tab

Displays all pull, push, and custom connector integrations, including connectors available from the ServiceNow store and third parties. This tab features:

  • Search Box: Helps you quickly find a specific data source by entering keywords, improving efficiency and saving time.
  • All Integrations list: Organizes integrations into categories such as All Integrations, Events (Push, Pull, Custom), Metrics (ACC-M), and Logs (HLA). This categorization makes it easier for users to browse the list and select the relevant type of integration they need.

Installed Integrations tab

Active and inactive installed integrations.

Lists all user-configured integrations, both active and inactive. This tab features:

  • Search Box: Helps users quickly find a specific data source by entering keywords, improving efficiency and saving time.
  • All Integrations list: Organizes integrations into categories such as All Integrations, Events (Push, Pull, Custom), Metrics (ACC-M), and Logs (HLA). This categorization makes it easier for users to browse the list and select the relevant type of integration they need.
  • All statuses list: Allows you to filter integrations by their status—All Statuses, Active, Inactive, Draft, or No Data. This helps users quickly identify and manage integrations based on their current state.
