Delete integration

Delete integration allows you to permanently remove a connector integration from your system. This feature helps you maintain a clean and organized system by eliminating unused or obsolete integrations, freeing up resources and reducing potential clutter.

Before you begin

Ensure the integration is deactivated.

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.

  2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon

The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.

  1. On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under the Setup > Integrations section, select Manage Installed integrations.

  2. Select the Installed integrations tab.

  3. For the integration that you want to delete, select the Ellipses icon (

  1. On the confirmation window, select Delete.

    The integration is deleted.
