Configure the Event Management - Insert Health Monitor scheduled job

Determine what the Event Management - Insert Health Monitor scheduled job is to monitor. After the job runs, you can view the ServiceNow Event Management application services.

Before you begin

Ensure that the Enable Event Management — self-health monitoring property is enabled on the Event Management Properties page (Event Management > Event Management Properties).

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Scheduled Jobs.

  2. Locate and select the Event Management - Insert Health Monitor job.
