Install Now Assist for IT Operations Management

Install the Now Assist for IT Operations Management plugin to enable generative AI and agentic AI on your instance.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Admin > Admin Home.

    The Admin Home page displays.

  1. On the IT Operations Management tile, select View product overview.

    The IT Operations Management page in the Product Hub displays.

  2. Select the Not Installed tab.

  1. On the Now Assist for IT Operations Management card, select the Application manager icon (

The Application Manager page displays.

  1. Select Install.

    Once the installation completes, Now Assist for IT Operations Management displays in the Installed tab of the Product Hub.
