Requesting Cloud Services

Submit a request for one of the available service catalog item in cloud services. You can find the catalogs under Browse Cloud Services.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_cmp.cloud_service_user

Procedure

1. Navigate to Browse Cloud Services under Cloud Services on the Employee Central portal page in Cloud Services Catalog.

2. Find a suitable catalog item from options displayed.

3. Select Request.

   This opens the request form with information and attachments to be provided.

4. Enter the details in the form fields to order.

   When you submit a request for an item in the service catalog, the system typically provisions the stack immediately. Sometimes, your request must be approved first.
